Description

PortalsXpress continues with our high level of security in our Online Forum Package. The Package includes the Online Forum Add-on and the Message Board Plugin. Together, these allow your employees and contacts to blog posts and create forums on a secure site and eliminate email security risks.

Contacts can add topics, record message notes, and upload files related to the discussion. They only need access to a web browser to use the message board.

Authorized Advisors can share message board topics and notes for specific contacts. These advisors have access to the message board details that you authorize. There's no software for them to install. They can access the board from any browser. This makes a great collaborative tool among professionals!

The Message Board Plugin gives employees the ability to create, review, edit and/or remove forums, forum participants, notes, and attachments. You decide whether the participants are sent email notifications when there's been activity.

The Online Forum Package is a great way to host secure online forums, discussion boards involving clients and advisors, or private chat rooms.

Portal Branding: We'll brand your portal to include your company banner and colors from your website.

Portal Manager: We make it easy to create and manage individual portals.

File Downloads and Uploads: Your clients can download portal files and view documents using their web browser.

Email Alerts: PortalsXpress notifies you by email each time a client uploads files in their portal. You'll know the file name, when it was accessed, and by whom.

Print to PDF: You can print PDF output from any Windows application directly to a client's portal.

  • Encryption keys for backup retrieval are stored off-site in a secure facility
