Document Manager Interface - Tree Control

A tree control allows you to view the hierarchy of folders and the contents of folders.

To view the hierarchy of the folder and its sub-folders located in the digital file, do one of the following:

  • Click on the desired folder in the left pane of the screen. The contents of that folder will display in the right pane.
  • Click on the plus sign in front of a particular folder. If a folder does not have a plus sign in front of, it means that the folder does not have any sub-folders. It does not mean, however, that the folder does not have any contents. The sub-folders will be displayed in the left-pane under the main folder.
  • Double-click on a folder or sub-folder, and the contents of that folder will display in the right pane.

To view the contents of a digital item, double-click on the digital item in the right-pane.

Navigate up one folder level from your current location by clicking on the "Up one folder level" button . This will move you back one level in the tree control.
