Using ResourceManager - Contact Info - Department/Group

When you have a department or group highlighted on the left side of the screen, the contact information for each of the resources within that department or group will be displayed on the right. This displays a handy list of the individuals who are in each of those departments or groups along with their relevant contact information.

You can choose to sort by different columns. Click on a column heading such as "First Name" and you will see that the program sorts the contacts by the first name in alphabetical order from A-Z. If you click "First Name" again, the program will sort the contacts by the first name in alphabetical order from Z-A.
